Do we ship outside the UK?
We ship almost anywhere in the world.  UK postage is free and international is £7.99.

Do your sunglases protect my eyes?
All our sunglasses have passed the FDWA1 impact resistance lenses, and guaranteed to absorb more than 99% of harmfull UVA & UVB rays.

Do they come with a guarantee?
Yes, they come with a 14 day guarantee from the date they are purchased, for more information please our no quibble guarantee.

When can I expect them to be delivered?
All orders are sent the next working day, if we are out of stock we will email you to let you know when to expect them, however we carry thousands of pairs so its not often we dont have your order. Please note, although items are sent next day, please allow 7 days delivery time due to postal problems or unforseen circumstances.

What happens if I don't receive the sunglasses?
All of our sunglasses are sent recorded delivery for your convenience, free of charge (UK only) so in the unlikely event you do not receive them you can contact us through email or call us: 01273 358142

What happens if I am not happy with the sunglasses I order?
Our website has been designed so that you can see what our glasses look like both as a product, and also being worn. Our sunglasses are rigourosly checked before being dispatched. If you are not happy with your order, we will exchange your glasses, or swap for another pair of equal value, provided they are returned in unused condition. Unfortunaley shipping cost will be at your expense.

Is your site secure if I am paying by debit/credit card?
Our site is safe and secure to use, all of your card details are handled by Barclays payment system directly (Barclays EPDQ Payment System) and therefore we never see or use your details directly.

I want to buy your glasses but dont have a credit card?
You can pay by cheque made payable to "Eye-Dezigns" and sent to our postal address, but please allow 5 working days for the cheque payment to clear.

Are your sunglasses original brands?
Our sunglasses are comparable to the original brand names, they are not authentic, however they are superb quality and look great for any occasion.
